All of our cakes are baked fresh to order using the finest quality ingredients. Sponge cakes will be baked the week of your event and fruitcakes are baked 6 weeks in advance to ensure they are fully matured. Our cakes are covered with an initial layer of buttercream or chocolate ganache followed by a layer of sugarpaste. Fruitcakes will have a layer of marzipan beneath the sugarpaste.

- Chocolate – Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache buttercream
- White Chocolate - white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate buttercream
- Lemon – Lemon drizzle sponge with lemon curd buttercream
- Carrot – Zesty carrot cake with vanilla bean buttercream and orange curd
- Traditional rich fruit cake laced with cherry brandy
- Red Velvet – an American classic, dark red cocoa buttermilk cake with vanilla bean buttercream
- Banana Salted Caramel – moist banana sponge with salted caramel buttercream
- Lemon Berry – Lemon sponge with elderflower syrup and blackberry conserve
- Black Forrest – Chocolate fudge cake packed with cherries, vanilla buttercream and dark chocolate ganache
We can produce cakes to cater for special diets. Just get in touch and let us know your requirements. Please be aware that whilst our cakes can be made with ingredients that don’t contain nuts or gluten we do use these ingredients in our kitchen and cannot guarantee against traces.
We are happy to work with you to create variations of our collection of flavours or to create an entirely new and unique flavour for your event. For example turning our chocolate cake to a chocolate orange cake.
