Jessica Lauren Cakes produce beautiful bespoke cakes, cupcakes and cookies for weddings and other special celebrations. Run by cake designer Jessica Edwards from her home studio in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.

Jessica was trained in all things delicious at Le Cordon Bleu London, where she achieved a Grand Diploma in patisserie and cuisine. Jessica particularly enjoyed patisserie where she earned a ‘Mention Bien’. After graduating Le Cordon Bleu, Jessica completed an internship with Mich Turner at Little Venice Cake Company in London. It was here that Jessica learnt to perfect her sugarcraft skills, working on cakes for many high profile clients. In 2012 Jessica founded Jessica Lauren Cakes where she was able to combine her training in pastry and sugarcraft to develop her own style. Jessica loves to be creative and finds inspiration for her designs everywhere, from fashion to music to current bridal trends.

Jessica prides herself on cakes that taste as good as they look. All cakes are baked to order using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. You will never receive a cake that has been frozen or baked from a packet mix.
